Company Profile
Tex Tile Enterprise Company Limited was established in 1988 primarily as a
manufacturer of warp and weft knitted fabrics. Recognizing customer demand
for quality and accuracy, coupled with a preference for collaborating with
vertically integrated companies, we made a substantial investment into
building and launching our own state-of-the-art dye house, Cotex Company
Limited, in 2003.
We create innovative and beautiful performance fabrics focused on the
intimate apparel and active sportswear lines. Our technical expertise in design,
manufacturing, and dyeing, combined with the most advanced knitting and
dyeing machinery from Germany, provide us with the confidence that we can
serve the marketplace and meet the needs of our customers.
Our company deals with ultra-delicate high gauge fabrics in every step of the
manufacturing process, from knitting to packing.
We create more comfortable and smoother hand feel in spacer fabrics, while
maintaining the cushion, as well as minimize thickness variance among right,
middle, and left of the same fabrics.
Tex Tile also avoids grin lines, which mostly appear in dark-colored fabrics. Our
unique spandex dyeing technology makes color richer and fabric appear more
even.
We guarantee color fastness to grade 4 of AATCC 61 2A/ISO105 C06 B2S by
employing 75D/144F.
