DE LICACY creates performance driven fabrics. We are a well-established and
experienced manufacturer in Taiwan for more than 30 years, specializing in
producing high quality P/D & Y/D functional fabrics; coating, lamination, and
bonding fabrics. "Diligence, Research, Friendliness, and Honesty" is our business
philosophy. With our Oeko-Tex® standard 100 Class I certification and being
bluesign® system partner, DE LICACY ensures our products meet the highest
environmental standards.
In 1997, HangZhou Delicacy was founded in HangZhou, China, being a sole
proprietorship corporation owned by DE LICACY Taiwan and is well known
in fabric industry which provides vertical services from manufacturing to
marketing. The main products are multiple cross-weaving textiles for casual
wear, the functional textiles for athleisure, sportswear, and outdoor activities
and furnishing textiles.
In 2017, DE LICACY entered knit field, by reinvesting fully owned subsidiary of
dyeing and finishing mill- Tung Ming Textile Co., Ltd., to better serve our precious
customers with full range of product lines.
