Our rapid heating and cooling technology make it possible to raise the
temperature on mold to 250 degree for PC, or 400 degree for PEEK in
about 10~40 seconds, in order to meet the goal of mass production. On
the other hand, cooling the temperature to 60 degree for opening mold
in less 20 seconds. In this condition, light weight and the production as
one piece per minute of auto parts will be inevitable result.
The industries that our technology can be applied, in addition to the
lightweight of (high-speed rail, trains, subway (MRT), hull, wind power,
Aerospace, 3C, pipeline, metallic hot press/forged are all applicable.
